Description of Human MIF, His-Tag N-Terminus
MIF human Recombinant, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was cloned into an E. coli expression vector and was purified to apparent homogeneity by using conventional column chromatography techniques. Macrophage Inducing Factor Human Recombinant is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having amino acids from 1-114 and having a molecular mass of 16.6 kDa.
Stability
Liquid MIF although stable 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
