Description of Anti-Human IL-17A (IL-17)

Anti-human IL-17A specific antibody was produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant human Interleukin-17A (hIL-17A). Anti-hIL-17A specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized hIL-17A matrix.

 

Reconstitution

We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.

 

Stability

The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20°C. The reconstituted antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-8°C. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least 6 months when stored at -20°C. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

 

Applications

Western Blot: use 0.1-0.2 µg/mL
ELISA: use 0.5-2.0 µg/mL
IF/IHC: use 0.13-0.25 µg/mL
FACS: use 2.5 µg/mL
Optimal delutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
