Description of Rabbit Anti-Azurocidin

Rabbit Anti-Azurocidin is a 150 kDa protein. Form: Ig Fraction (Standard Antisera) obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation.

All animals used in the production of this material are Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) and of U.S. origin. They are sourced from a USDA-registered research facility operating in full compliance with USDA regulations.

 

Storage

For long term, store Rabbit Anti-Azurocidin at +2 to 8°C.

 

Applications

ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, In Vitro Diagnostic.
ELISA working dilution: > 1:4000 by indirect ELISA.
Western Blot working dilution: At a dilution of 1:2000, the antisera reacts to 0.3 and 0.6 µg of antigen. Does not react to 0.5 µg of purified lysozyme, myeloperoxidase, cathepsin G, proteinase 3, or elastase.

 

Immunogen

The Azurocidin immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human neutrophils.
