Description of Human Annexin A3
Recombinant Human Annexin A3 (ANXA3) produced in E. coli is a non-glycosylated protein consisting of 323 amino acids (1-323 a.a.) and a molecular mass of 36.3 kDa. It is part of the annexin family which are members of the calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family that are involved in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. Annexin A3 (ANXA3) is an inhibitor of phospholipase A2 and possesses anti-coagulant properties. Annexin A3 (ANXA3) cleaves the cyclic bond of inositol 1,2-cyclic phosphate to form inositol 1-phosphate. Human Annexin A3 (ANXA3) takes part as an anti-coagulation factor.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA, order number: 2835.955.xyz or 2835.958.xyz, or BSA, order number: 2835.919.xyz). Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
