Description of Wnt3a Alternative Peptide

The same level of activity at a conc. of 1/3000 (1 nM) of the molar conc. of the small Wnt3a agonist molecule, CHIR99021. 50-100 times stronger activity than the rWnt3a at mass conc. (ng/mL). Endoderm differentiation protocol.

 

Physcial State

Lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered DMSO solution.

 

Biological Activity

Measured by its ability to induce TCF/LEF reporter activity. Expected ED₅₀ for this effect is ~0.3 ng/mL. Determine optimal concentrations for individual applications.

 

Reconstitution

Reconstitute at 100~200 µg/mL in DMSO. Centrifuge the vial before opening. Rinse the inside of the vial thoroughly with DMSO. Example: a 100 µg/mL solution can be prepared by reconstituting 10 µg of peptide in 100 µL DMSO.
