Description of HGF Alternative Peptide

8-16 times stronger activity than the rHGF at mass conc. (ng/mL). Hepatocytes, Liver Organoids, MSCs, Skeletal muscle satellite cells, small intestinal, or epithelial cells.

 

Physcial State

Lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered DMSO solution.

 

Biological Activity

Measured by its ability to induce cMet phospholylation in A431 cells (www.atcc.org) and HUVEC proliferation. Expected ED₅₀ for these effects is 3~5 ng/mL. Determine optimal concentrations for individual applications.

 

Reconstitution

Reconstitute at 50 µg/mL in DMSO. Centrifuge the vial before opening. Rinse the inside of the vial thoroughly with DMSO. Example: a 50 µg/mL solution can be prepared by reconsituting 2 µg of peptide in 40 µL DMSO.
