Description of Anti-Human KDR / VEGFR-2 / scFV (single chain)
Anti-human VEGFR-2 single chain (VEGFR-2 sc-Fv) antibody was constructed from cDNA of mice immunized with highly purified soluble VEGFR-2 protein expressed in insect cells. Anti-human VEGFR-2 sc-Fv was produced in E. coli and affinity purified.
