Description of Noggin-like Peptide

2-8 times stronger inhibitory activity than the rNoggin at mass conc. (ng/mL). iPSC differentiation into Pancreas, Stomach, Intestine, or Colon.

 

Physcial State

Lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered DMSO solution.

 

Biological Activity

Measured by its ability to inhibit smad1 phosphorylation induced by BMP4 (2.6 ng/mL) or BMP7 (157.5 ng/mL) in A549 cell. Expected IC50 for these effects is 0.2~5 ng/mL. Determine optimal concentrations for individual applications.

 

Reconstitution

Reconstitute at 100~200 µg/mL in DMSO. Centrifuge the vial before opening. Rinse the inside of the vial thoroughly with DMSO. Example: a 100 µg/mL solution can be prepared by reconstituting 5 µg of peptide in 50 µL DMSO.
