Product Details
Eli.Scan is a cost-efficient solution for labs which have only a limited number of plates to measure and no demand for a high throughput system.
It has been designed for the exclusive measurement of punched-out well bottoms from Millipore MultiScreen® plates detached Nunc SilentScreen® membranes and is characterized by a compact design and a high scanning speed. Thus time to measure a 96 well membrane with a true resolution of 2400dpi in full color mode is about 5 minutes.
When scanning a 96-well membrane or foil the plate image is transferred to the connected PC and the single wells are separated by using intelligent image analysis algorithms. The extracted well images are stored on hard disk, network volume or CD/DVD and analyzed by Eli.Analyse, the powerful A.EL.VIS ELISPOT Analysis Software.
The instrument comes as a complete system including scanner unit, PC with Windows 10 Professional®, ELISPOT Analysis Software V6.2, TFT Display, Color Inkjet or optionally Laser Printer and two years warranty. Optionally Eli.Scan can be ordered with a Dell Latitude Notebook instead of the office PC.
