Description of Anti-his-tag (C-terminal)
The His-tag antibody was generated by immunization of rabbits with several recombinant His-tagged proteins produced in insect cells and E. coli. It was antigen-affinity purified using a His-tagged protein as matrix.
Biological Activity
Western Blot: Use 1-5 µg/ml
Reconstitution
Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
