ELISA working dilution: > 1:1000 by indirect ELISA.
Western Blot working dilution: Does not cross-react with apolipoproteins AI, AII, B, CI, CIII, and E— good reaction vs. 0.3 µg Apo CII at a dilution of 1:2500.
