Description of Rabbit Anti-Apolipoprotein CII

Rabbit Anti-Apolipoprotein CII is a 150 kDa protein. Form: IgG fraction from antisera obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation and Ion Exchange chromatography.

Applications

ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, In Vitro Diagnostic.
ELISA working dilution: > 1:1000 by indirect ELISA.
Western Blot working dilution: Does not cross-react with apolipoproteins AI, AII, B, CI, CIII, and E— good reaction vs. 0.3 µg Apo CII at a dilution of 1:2500.

The Apolipoprotein CII immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human plasma.
