Rabbit Anti-Catalase Polyclonal Antibody
Produced in rabbit
Produktdetails
Description of Rabbit Anti-Catalase
Rabbit Anti-Catalase is a 150 kDa protein. Form: IgG fraction from antisera obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation and Ion Exchange chromatography.
Source
All animals used in the production of this material are Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) and of U.S. origin. They are sourced from a USDA-registered research facility operating in full compliance with USDA regulations.
Storage
For long term, store Rabbit Anti-Catalase at +2 to 8°C.
Applications
ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, In Vitro Diagnostic.
ELISA working dilution: > 1:2000 by indirect ELISA.
Western Blot working dilution: At 1:16000 dilution, antisera reacts to 0.75, 0.15, and 0.3 µg catalase and to 1 µL of red blood cell lysate using ALPH conjugated secondary antibody.
Immunogen
The Catalase immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human erythrocytes.
