Description of Rabbit Anti-Thrombospondin

Rabbit Anti-Thrombospondin is a 150 kDa protein. Form: Ig Fraction (Standard Antisera) obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation.

Applications

ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, In Vitro Diagnostic.
ELISA working dilution: > 1:16000 by indirect ELISA.
Western Blot working dilution: At 1:2000 dilution, reacts to 0.3, 0.6, 1.25, and 2.5 µg thrombospondin

The Thrombospondin immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human platelets.
