Description of Human IGF-BP7
IGFBP7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, homodimeric protein containing 2x256 aa chains with a molecular mass of 26.4kDa.
Reconstitution
We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstition in sterile 20mM AcOH (acetic Acid) to a concentration of at least 100µg/ml, this can be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Stability
Lyophilized Human IGFBP7 is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks,, but best stored at -20°C . Upon reconstitution IGFBP-7 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage we recommend to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA, order number: 2835.955.xyz or 2835.958.xyz, or BSA, order number: 2835.919.xyz). Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
