Description of Human IL-25 / SF20
SF20 Human Recombinant Human IL-25 /SF20 derived from E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated protein consisting of 162 amino acids fragment (33-173) with a total molecular mass of 18 kDa. C19orf10 is fused to 20 amino acids His tag at N-terminus. SF20 plays a role in proliferation of lymphoid cells and is considered an interleukin. SF20 was initially identified as a product of bone marrow-derived stromal cells.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
