Description of Murine PF-4 (CXCL4)
Recombinant Murine PF-4 (CXCL4) produced in E.Coli is a 8.2kDa single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 76 amino acids.
Reconstitution
We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in water to a concentration at least 100 µg/ml. Do not vortex. This solution can be stored at 2-8°C for up to 1 week or in working aliquots at -20°C to -80°C. Working aliquots should be at the highest practical concentration. For long term storage we recommend to add at least 0.1% HSA (order number: 2835.955.xyz or 2835.958.xyz) or BSA.
Stability
Lyophilized Murine PF-4 Mouse Recombinant although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution PF-4 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
