Description of Porcine Luteinizing Hormone
Porcine Luteinizing Hormone is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain which stimulates maturation of follicle, induces ovulation, accelerates formation of corpus luteum and secretion of pregnanolone. Porcine Luteinizing Hormone de-lays ovulation and ovarian cyst.
Reconstitution
We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in sterile water at a concentration of 100IU/4ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Stability
Lyophilized Porcine Luteinizing Hormone is stable at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, but best stored ≤ -18°C. Reconstitutied Porcine Luteinizing Hormone can be stored at 4°C for 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage we recommend adding at least 0.1% HSA (order number: 2835.955.xyz or 2835.958.xyz) or BSA. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
