Description of Rabbit Anti-Cathepsin D

Rabbit Anti-Cathepsin D is a 150 kDa protein. Form: Ig Fraction (Standard Antisera) obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation.

All animals used in the production of this material are Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) and of U.S. origin. They are sourced from a USDA-registered research facility operating in full compliance with USDA regulations.

 

Storage

For long term, store Rabbit Anti-Cathepsin D at +2 to 8°C.

 

Applications

ELISA, Western Blot, In Vitro Diagnostic.
ELISA working dilution: > 1:16000 by indirect ELISA.
Western Blot working dilution: At a dilution of 1:4000 the antibody reacts with 0.075, 0.15, and 0.3 µg human liver cathepsin D and does not react with cathepsins B, H or L.

 

Immunogen

The Cathepsin D immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human liver.
